jilibat is strictly for players aged 18 and above. Account registration constitutes a declaration that you meet this age requirement. jilibat reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active jilibat account. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, or the same bKash or Nagad number — will be merged or closed, and any associated bonus balances may be forfeited without notice.
BDT Payments & KYC
All transactions on jilibat are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Withdrawals above ৳10,000 require completion of KYC identity verification. Payment details registered on your account must match the account holder's verified identity.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual offer terms. jilibat bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Misuse of bonus offers may result in account suspension.
Account Security

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. By registering and using the jilibat platform, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the jilibat website at jilibat.bet — including all games, betting markets, promotional features, and payment services available on the platform — you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jilibat platform and close your account if one has been created.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jilibat with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. jilibat reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, jilibat will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the jilibat platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the jilibat Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming policy, and any specific promotional terms issued from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotional offer's terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.
Important: By registering an account on jilibat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. Ignorance of any clause within this document does not constitute a valid basis for dispute.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the jilibat platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- You must be 18 years of age or older. jilibat enforces a strict minimum age policy and employs age verification procedures at registration and at the point of withdrawal. Players found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds — including any pending withdrawals — will be handled in accordance with applicable guidelines for underage gambling.
- You must be accessing jilibat on your own behalf, as a private individual. Use of the platform on behalf of a third party, a corporate entity, or for any commercial gambling or arbitrage purpose is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by jilibat.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a jilibat employee or contractor. Such individuals are ineligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offer.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — either via jilibat's own self-exclusion system or via any third-party responsible gaming organisation — at the time of registration or during account use.
jilibat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, without providing a reason. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jilibat may result in temporary account suspension pending verification. No withdrawals will be processed until age and identity verification has been completed to jilibat's satisfaction.
18+ Rule — No Exceptions: jilibat operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period will not be paid until verification is complete.
Accepted ID Documents: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate in combination with a utility bill showing your name and address. Documents must be in date and clearly legible. Scanned copies or high-resolution photographs are accepted via the jilibat account verification portal.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of jilibat services — including real-money betting, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional offers — you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. jilibat uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilibat will close the additional account(s) and any bonuses associated with those accounts will be forfeited. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be transferred to the primary account at jilibat's sole discretion.
Password & Credential Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilibat username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jilibat strongly recommends using a unique password that is not shared with any other online service. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jilibat immediately via live chat or email, and change your password without delay.
Account Accuracy & Updates
You must keep your registered account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or personal information changes, you must update your account profile accordingly. jilibat will not be held responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or incorrect payment processing resulting from outdated or inaccurate account information.
KYC Verification
jilibat reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage of the player relationship — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that do not complete KYC verification when requested will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.
Account Inactivity
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jilibat may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after this period, deducted from any remaining balance, until either the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
jilibat processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment accounts and cards used on jilibat must be registered in the player's own name and must match the verified identity on the jilibat account. Third-party payment sources are not permitted.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds, along with any applicable processing times, are displayed within the jilibat cashier section and are subject to change. jilibat does not charge deposit fees; however, your mobile financial service provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond jilibat's control.
Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jilibat BDT wallet within 30 seconds of confirmed payment. In rare cases of network delays, deposits may take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, contact jilibat live chat support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours on business days. Withdrawals submitted on public holidays in Bangladesh may take an additional 24 hours. Withdrawals above ৳10,000 require completed KYC verification before processing can begin. jilibat reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on withdrawals of any amount.
Fraud Prevention: jilibat employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor deposit and withdrawal patterns. Any transaction suspected of facilitating money laundering, bonus abuse, payment fraud, or unauthorised third-party funding will be suspended pending investigation. jilibat reserves the right to freeze account balances, request additional documentation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by law. Players are reminded that online gambling should be funded only from legitimately earned personal funds — never borrowed money.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
jilibat offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, cricket betting promotions, and seasonal events tied to Bangladesh's cultural calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, BPL season). All promotions are subject to the specific terms outlined in each individual offer, which must be read carefully before claiming.
General bonus terms that apply across all jilibat promotions unless otherwise stated are as follows:
- Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer terms.
- Bonuses are credited in BDT and are non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player, or used to meet obligations outside the jilibat platform.
- Unless the specific offer terms state otherwise, a player may not hold more than one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus wagering requirement is outstanding may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
- jilibat reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without notice. Where an offer is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the player's existing bonus entitlement will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of claiming.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, exploiting promotional terms through systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the jilibat platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, fishing arcade games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.
jilibat uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology across all applicable game categories to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any party, including jilibat. Live dealer games are streamed from certified studio environments and are governed by the operating rules of the relevant game provider (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others).
In the event of a technical fault, game error, or communication failure during a game round, jilibat's technical team will investigate the incident and determine the outcome on the basis of available server logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the wager for the affected round will be refunded to the player's account. jilibat's decision on technical dispute outcomes is final.
Sports betting markets on jilibat — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled in accordance with published settlement rules for each market type. In-play bets are subject to the live market conditions at the time of bet placement; jilibat does not accept responsibility for bets placed on incorrect pre-match prices where the match has already commenced at the time of bet placement.
Malfunctions Void All Pays
In the event of a system malfunction or software error that affects the display of game results, all pays and plays associated with the malfunction are void. This is an industry-standard clause applicable to all real-money gaming platforms and applies to all games on jilibat without exception.
Bet Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on jilibat. These limits are displayed within each game or market. jilibat reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns, suspected arbitrage activity, or risk management requirements necessitate such adjustments.
Erroneous Odds & Prices
In the event that a sporting market or casino game displays manifestly incorrect odds, prices, or payout multipliers due to a human error or system fault, jilibat reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors may have affected bets voided and may face further account review.
Responsible Gaming Integration
jilibat's game platform integrates responsible gaming tools directly into the player experience — including session time reminders, deposit limit controls, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion functionality. 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the jilibat platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balances — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at jilibat's sole discretion:
Fraudulent Activity
Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a jilibat account. This includes using bKash or Nagad accounts that do not belong to you, or using payment methods linked to fraudulent activity.
Money Laundering
Using the jilibat platform as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. jilibat cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspected money laundering activity without prior notice to the player.
Collusion & Match Fixing
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sharing hands in live poker, or placing bets on sporting events where you have knowledge of arranged outcomes (match fixing). Such conduct will be reported to relevant sporting authorities.
Automated Betting Tools
Using bots, automated betting scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the jilibat platform or other players. All accounts are monitored for non-human betting patterns.
Duplicate Account Abuse
Registering more than one player account on jilibat, including under different names or using different payment methods, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
Harassment & Abuse
Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication at jilibat staff, live dealer personnel, or other players via any channel — including live chat, game chat features, or email. jilibat maintains a zero-tolerance policy on player-directed harassment.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
jilibat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jilibat reasonably believes that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
- The player's account has been used for any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
- Continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jilibat.
- The player has requested self-exclusion and jilibat is implementing that request in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.
- jilibat is required to close the account by applicable law or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.
Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, jilibat reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance — including real-money deposits and winnings — pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no misconduct occurred, any genuine real-money deposit balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their jilibat account may do so by contacting customer support via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been met and no pending withdrawal review is in progress.
Disputes & Complaints: If you wish to raise a dispute regarding an account action, withdrawal decision, or game outcome, please contact jilibat customer support via live chat in the first instance. General Legal Provisions
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilibat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the jilibat platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. jilibat's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jilibat platform — including but not limited to the jilibat brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilibat or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any jilibat content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of jilibat's intellectual property may result in legal action.
Privacy & Data
jilibat collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering and using the jilibat platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jilibat uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and applies industry-standard data security practices to protect player information.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the jilibat Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jilibat regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
